ASEM is the baseline I use to get back to myself. It starts with one question — what do I want? — and when I stopped bullshitting myself the answer was simple: health, wealth, family. I like step-for-step, so I wrote one for myself. It starts with the breath — haal asem — because without breathing you don’t function, then moves straight into the non-negotiables: Amanzi, stretch, exercise, meditate. Not because they’re inspiring or fun (the gym can fuck right off), but because they’re necessary if I want a body and a mind that still work. Health comes first because without it nothing else is real. Once that’s stable, I move on to wealth, then family. ASEM isn’t a framework, a belief system, or something I’m selling — it’s maintenance. It’s how I keep the system alive so the rest of my life can happen on top of it.
